纳斯达克上市的 DeFi Technologies 总裁安德鲁·福森 (Andrew Forson) 驳斥了人们对长期影响的担忧。“美国政府关门的本质更多是名义上的，而非实际作用上的。”他说道。“数字资产的核心是去中心化的，因此专门为应对单点故障中断而设计。”

但其他人认为，长期瘫痪会带来风险。欧洲交易所 Zondacrypto 的首席执行官 Przemysław Kral 警告称，SEC 和 CFTC 等机构的长期瘫痪可能会阻碍关键立法的通过，包括GENIUS 稳定币法案以及《清晰法案》监管监督。

“美国近期出台的监管规定赋予了加密货币合法性，”克拉尔表示，“但审批、指导和执行的长期停滞可能会扰乱市场，并长期将人才推向其他地区。短期内，规模较小的公司可能会陷入困境，而规模较大的公司则会获得市场份额。”

与此同时，Bitunix 分析师警告称，如果宏观不确定性加剧，比特币可能面临下行压力，并指出110,000–112,000美元作为关键的止损区域。Bitunix 分析师还补充道：

" 当前市场环境正陷入“降息预期”与“增长担忧”之间的拉锯战，投资者情绪因此保持谨慎。BTC 方面，支撑位在 11 万至 11.2 万和 10.6 万至 10.8 万，阻力位在 11.6 万和 12.2 万至 12.5 万。灵活性至关重要，交易者应密切关注清算热点。 “
